So this is like a diary that anyone can read right?

Quick rundown, I’m 35, 6 foot, 330lbs. My roommate this diet everyone has heard of and I watched him just drops pounds like crazy. I’ve been looking for something that I follow, meal plans and blah blah blah blah…

I’m just a dumb meathead that swears to much, works a ton and like to order his BigMac with a McChicken on the side, so why wouldn’t I want to try this stupid diet that is just pounding Bacon Wrapped Steak and Cheese..

I’m mostly doing KETO I guess but I’m not super strict.

Downloaded an app, put in my stats and I’m looking at 27 net carbs, 168g of fat, 135g of protein and 2163 calories.

I got these strips that I have to piss on.

What else can I say? I’m really just hoping that someone who needs motivation or a jump-start will read this and think, “wow, this idiot can do it.. I can too”
